School of Power Engineering agreed with Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU, May 2015) about that to organize Common Research seminar one time per two years in Ulaanbaatar. Outcome this agreement was first International Research seminar in 28th October 2015 at Mongolian University of Science and Technology (MUST).
Vice President of Student Affairs and Cooperation, Dr., Ass. Prof. P.Jargaltuya during opening ceremony highlighted that “We are thankful to School of Power Engineering. You are starting implement idea on the to organize Research seminars at MUST with foreign professors. I would like to wish to you that this your activity will be extend more and more and will be distributed to other schools of MUST”.
There was Professors from NSTU Prof.Dr.Grif, M.G., Prof.Dr.Zmudi, AG. and Prof.Dr.Rusina, A.G. Moreover Professor Dong Hwa Kim presented interesting facts about challenge of High Technology.
We received 21 application to seminar and was invited 16 presenters to present their research in the seminar. In the applicants was academician 1, Doctor of Science 6, Doctor of Philosophy 4 and all others was Doctor Students. Based on this fact organizers could summarize that “Quality of first international seminar was very high”. In the seminar attended presenters from different schools and university. There included School of Power Engineering, School of Business Administration and Humanities, School of Applied Sciences, National University of Mongolia, Khuree university and NSTU. Special board will select top presentations to publish paper in scientific journal of NSTU and MUST.
Next research seminar will be organize by NSTU in Novosibirsk, Russia in next year.
