ABB group donated total amount of 250 million tugriks of advanced laboratory opening and its whole year tuition fee grant awarding ceremony took place at the School of Geology and Mining Engineering, MUST.
The “Drive and automation equipment” named after ABB group allows the students to practice on advanced technology lab and intern the mining and power sectors’ engineers and professionals of Mongolia. This lab equipped with the advanced technology equipments which widely used for most of mining companies’ utilization.
In terms of social responsibility, ABB group allows 1 year tuition fee grant for 1-2 students annually and in some cases it could be for 2 years. This year, ABB group allowed tuition fee grant for 3 students who study in utilization of mining electrical equipments program in terms of widen its scope.
ABB group invested 500 million tugriks investment into Mongolian education sector. This is largest investment into Mongolian education sector from the private company.
